OBJECTIVES

Empower multifamily communities with the sustainable C2™ & C.L.E.A.R.™ MAXeSite™ to achieve the following:

1. Provide residents with EVERY DAY tools that offer a degree of control to improve quality of life and public safety.

2. Generate $1000s annually in ad sponsorships from local businesses to be used towards residents, not property.

3. Use ad sponsorship dollars to increase reserve funds for FREE community pizza parties, improvements, etc.

4. Foster strong & relationships between residents, local businesses and Public Safety.

5. Offer information & communication that meets accessibility compliance for inclusive communities.
