Company emailed each employee and contractor his or her MAXeSite™ link, accessible from any internet-enabled device.  NO new hardware, installation, or downloads required for Company, employees and contractors.

For each employee or contractor's MAXeSite™, Company entered email recipients to receive notification upon data submission completion of a "dropped off, repaired, or shipped out" container.

3. Consolidate data with easy filtering options for staff, export to CSV file.

Company was able to view all or select MAXeSite™ data using search filters, export data to CSV file, or email to recipients.

4. Gauge employee and contractor’s productivity- his or her work completed vs time.

Date and time stamps for work performed were provided in the MAXeSite™ data, enabling Company to view each employee and contractor's productivity.  Measurable data subsequently improved performance and operational efficiency.
