The Solution

1. Simplify process of documenting data and work performed for "dropped off, repaired, and shipped out" containers.

Company created a MAXeSite™ template with integrated 1D & 2D barcode scanner to suit their needs, then copied the template with a click of the mouse- one for every employee and contractor.

Each MAXeSite™ was prepopulated with their respective info, as well as automatic date & time stamps to minimize data input.

Company emailed each employee and contractor his or her MAXeSite™ link, accessible from any internet-enabled device.  NO new hardware, installation, or downloads required for Company, employees and contractors.

2. Automate the notification process of each step to required recipients, in real-time.

For each employee or contractor's MAXeSite™, Company entered email recipients to receive notification upon data submission completion of a "dropped off, repaired, or shipped out" container.

3. Consolidate data in an easy to manage format (CSV) for staff, with filtering options.

Company was able to view all or select MAXeSite™ data using search filters, then export the desired data in CSV/TXT file format for offline use or email to recipients as required.

4. Gauge employee and contractor’s productivity- his or her work completed vs time.

Date and time stamps for work performed were provided in the MAXeSite™ data, enabling Company to view each employee and contractor's productivity. Measurable data subsequently improved performance and operational efficiency.

5. Utilize uncomplicated tools to minimize extensive training required by staff and employees.

Company was able to create a MAXeSite™ template, copy for 10 employees, and launch in less than one hour. The option to batch create up to thousands of MAXeSites was not utilized, which would have shortened time.
