It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. The Jibbio "Online Scheduling" application offers an optional text messaging service (additional cost) to each of its members, which will send a text message notifying their respective customers of appointment bookings and reminders. Please see the text messaging terms and conditions below for full details, including possible fees associated with text messaging.

Text messaging terms and conditions
User acknowledges that text messages are distributed via third-party mobile network providers and therefore Jibbio cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. User acknowledges that, depending on the recipient's mobile provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the text message to the recipient successfully. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Jibbio does not claim or guarantee availability or performance of this service, including liability for transmission delays or message failures.
Appointment notification service
Our appointment notification service will send the end customer an appointment confirmation and appointment reminder every time they book an appointment with the Jibbio member. Text messaging is not available in all countries.
Opt-in: To opt in to notification text messaging, simply enter your mobile phone number in your Customer Profile.
Opt-out: You may opt out by simply deleting your mobile phone number in your Customer Profile.
Text message troubleshooting
If you are not receiving messages from Jibbio, please ensure that text messaging is not disabled on your phone. If you are a Jibbio member, you may submit a support ticket for assistance.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
